Fire extinguishers are an important safety feature in any space. But, to ensure that they work as they should, they should be inspected every six months. During this inspection, Eagle Fire Protection will weigh them to check that they’re still full. We’ll then refill any that have become empty.
Empty and Refill
At three and five years, fire extinguishers have different servicing requirements. During these years, they need to be emptied, pressure tested and refilled. This lets us, and you know that they will work like they should if an emergency were to arise. At Eagle Fire Protection, we can do this service for you.
When to Refill
If you’ve inherited a fire extinguisher or can’t remember when it was last inspected or refilled, then you can see when it was tested on the unit.
